Wendy represents galleries, collectors, dealers, art advisors, conservators, artists, fine art lenders, auction houses, fine art transporters, warehousemen and their insurers. She has litigated all types of matters touching the art, antiques, jewelry, collectibles, yachts and specie markets including fraud and damage. Wendy regularly drafts and negotiates loan agreements, consignment agreements, bills of sale, artist dealer agreements, fine art logistics agreements, terms and conditions and other contracts.

Jean Claude Mazzola is an experienced trial attorney that has brought multi-million dollar actions to verdict. He is a confident commercial litigator that is skilled at highlighting the strengths and minimizing the weaknesses of a case before a judge and jury. JC is accomplished at commercial arbitration and mediation. Richard Lerner

Richard is a well-recognized civil and appellate litigation attorney, with over 600 reported decisions to his name, many of which are among the most oft-cited in the New York courts. He is AV-rated by Martindale Hubbell, and rated by “Super Lawyers” as among the top lawyers in New York. Having received his Juris Doctor degree from St. John’s University School of Law in 1989, he was then admitted to practice in New York, Connecticut, as well as the U.S. Supreme Court, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit, U.S. Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia, U.S. District Court for the Southern, Eastern and Western Districts of New York. Hanoch Sheps    

Hanoch is a valued associate who focuses on art law, commercial litigation and insurance coverage. He represents domestic and international commercial businesses including art galleries, insurers, auction houses, artists, private collectors, fine art transporters and storage facilities in litigation and transactional matters. His practice also includes extensive work on insurance matters, including subrogation and coverage determinations, as well as broker liability and bad faith claims handling. Hanoch has represented various artists and businesses in matters involving authenticity and fraud, moral rights, and breaches of contract and warranty. Ruofei is a seasoned attorney who focuses on commercial litigation and credit risk for domestic and international corporations. Lisa earned her Juris Doctor from The George Washington University Law School, where she focused her studies on IP law, an area she continues to find great interest in, in addition to art law. During law school she interned at the Office of the General Counsel both at the National Archives and Records Administration as well as the Library of Congress. She further interned at an art and cultural heritage law firm in Washington, D.C. Lisa is fluent in German.
