Mazzola Lindstrom LLP claimed significant victory when a New York Judge sided with artist/sculptor, Diana Al-Hadid in a lawsuit brought by a former gallerist over a bronze sculpture and unpaid sum. Partner, Wendy Lindstrom, Richard Lerner and Senior Associate Ruofei Xiang argued the case in the Supreme Court of New York in the dispute brought by Art Works, Inc., an entity that owns Marianne Boesky Gallery in New York City. The judge not only dismissed Marianne Boesky’s case, but issued a resounding ruling that protects the rights of all artists.”  Artist, Diana Al Hadid is now represented by the Kasmin Gallery.
