Prior to joining Mazzola Lindstrom LLP, Anand served in senior in-house roles with multiple large financial institutions in New York City.
Anand’s practice focuses on representing entrepreneurs, emerging growth and public companies as well as private investors. Anand counsels clients on a wide variety of matters including corporate formations, acquisitions and sales, debt and equity financing, general corporate and securities matters including SEC compliance matters, and commercial transactions.
Anand began his legal career as a corporate and securities attorney in the Washington DC office of K&L Gates LLP. Prior to attending law school, Anand was a tax associate at KPMG LLP and Ernst & Young LLP where he advised clients on transactional matters.
