S. G. Emmanuelle Molina, a U.S. Army veteran and retired FDNY Rescue Paramedic, is a graduate of the Touro College Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center, where she served as the Editor-in-Chief for the Journal of Race, Gender and Ethnicity, the President to the Student Bar Association and was part of the Trial Advocacy & Practice Honor Society, Child Advocacy Clinic and LALSA.

Throughout law school Emmanuelle received multiple CALI awards and was a merit scholarship recipient. She completed coursework in Intellectual Property, including Patent Law, and International Law with a concentration in French law.

At graduation Emmanuelle was awarded the White Rose Social Justice Award, Clinical Legal Education Association Award, Service to the Bar Award, Exemplary Contributions to the Growth of the Law Center, Pro Bono Service Award.

Today, Emmanuelle serves on the Touro Law Alumni Board of Directors as the Second Vice-President and continues to coach the Brentwood High School Mock Trial team.

As an associate attorney at Mazzola Lindstrom, Emmanuelle regularly assists clients with intellectual property transactions and litigation matters, as well as various legal matters affecting the fashion and cosmetic industry, such as business formation and dissolution, brand development and protection, non-disclosure agreements, licensing, merchandising, employment agreements, and franchising agreements.

Emmanuelle was born and raised in Paris, France to French and Hispanic parents. She is fluent in French and Spanish and has recently begun studying German.
